USPF & SWP Record Online Applications for 2024 USPF Nationals Only.
It is the lifter's responsibility to obtain and submit the correct or current USPF &/or SWP Record Applications to the respective Records Chairs. The lifter is required to tell the scorekeeper and Head Referee before his/her lift if they are attempting an American &/or SWP Record. Immediately after they have achieved such lift, the lifter is required to have their gear checked by the Head Referee before leaving the platform.
Please be sure to follow the instructions & fill out Application(s) in its entirety.
USPF American Record Online Application
Online form is only for Lifters at the 2023 USPF National Championships.
- Lifters have 30 days from the event date to submit a USPF Record Application (online, snail mail, or PDF).
- You must fill out the online Application in it's entirety or it will not be accepted.
- Only one Division and Age Category per Application.
- Certificates can be requested in the "Additional notes & info" section. PDFs are free and sent by email to you. Paper Certificates are $6 (see below for payment info).
- Referee signatures not required on USPF American Record Applications for 2024 USPF Nationals.
USPF Record Certificate mailed via USPS (not for SWP)
Due to the increase in costs, paper Certificates mailed via USPS are now $5 per Records Application. Certifying and recording records are still free along with PDF certificates emailed to you that you can download and print.
